Workshop Refund Policy

If you register for a workshop and are unable to attend, we will gladly offer a credit to use toward any future workshop when you notify us by email at traci@tazicreates.com at least 48 hours before the workshop.

In the event a workshop is cancelled or rescheduled by us, you will receive the option for a refund or a credit to attend another workshop at a later date.

About Our Policy
Our workshops are costed to make them as affordable as possible for those wishing to attend. They take a huge amount of pre-planning, including ordering craft supplies and tools, paying for the venue, preparing and setting up for the day - all based on the number of people who register to attend. As a small business, we are unable to absorb cancellation costs and still keep our workshop prices low.

If you are unable to attend a workshop at the last minute, we suggest gifting your spot to a friend or family member.

Goods Refund and Return Policy

The deadline for cancelling an order is 14 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 14 days

  • The goods are unused and in the original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
